Shipping Information
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times generally range between 10 and 20 days, depending on your destination and local customs processing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package online at every stage of delivery.
Orders are shipped via ThailandPost, using a secure drop-off service without signature. If you prefer delivery with a required signature (UPS Extra), an additional fee applies. Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to select this option.
Packaging & Responsibility
Each package is shipped at the customer’s responsibility, but we take special care to protect fragile items. All products are securely packed in appropriately sized boxes to ensure safe delivery.
